Affiliate Prize Draw: Rules, Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Solidie Affiliate Prize Draw! We’re excited to reward your hard work in promoting Solidie. Below are the rules, terms, and conditions that guide this incentive program.

How It Works

1. The more sales you generate through your affiliate link, the greater your chances of winning the prize draw. Each successful sale increases your chances of being selected as a winner.
2. The prize draw is conducted every time our total affiliate-driven sales reach $100,000. Affiliates who have contributed to reaching this milestone will automatically qualify for the draw.
3. Every affiliate earns a 20% commission on all valid sales through their link, which is paid out monthly. This is separate from the prize draw, ensuring you’re rewarded regularly for your efforts.

Prize Draw Rules

1. You must be an active affiliate with a valid account.
2. Only completed and valid sales (non-refunded or non-canceled) count toward your eligibility.
3. Winners are chosen randomly from the pool of eligible affiliates who contributed to the $100k milestone. However affiliates with more sales entries have a statistically higher chance of winning.
4. Winners will be notified via their registered email within 7 days of the draw.
5. Announcements may also be made on our website or social media channels (with permission).
6. Winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited or rolled over to the next draw.

Terms & Conditions

1. General Conditions
   • Solidie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the prize draw at any time without prior notice.
   • Affiliates found violating program policies or engaging in fraudulent activities will be disqualified.
2. Compliance
   • All participants must adhere to the terms of our Affiliate Program.
   • Sales must comply with legal and ethical standards; spammy or deceptive practices will not be tolerated.
3. Payment of Commissions and Prizes
   • Guaranteed commissions (20%) are paid out monthly as per the affiliate program terms.
   • Prize draw payouts are separate and made via the payment method registered in your affiliate account.
4. Tax Obligations
   • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties on their prize earnings. Solidie is not liable for tax reporting on behalf of affiliates.
